The Commission may adopt rules to carry out the purposes of the Clean Elections Act and to govern procedures of the Commission. This process is done in public meetings and provides the public at least 60 days to comment on proposed rules. The public may petition the Commission to consider rules changes.

    2019 Proposed Rules

    The Commission is currently seeking public comment on R2-20-209 & R2-20-702. The public comment period for R2-20-209 began on 9/26/2019 and will continue through 11/25/2019, while the comment period for R2-20-702 began on 11/14/19 and will continue through 1/13/2020.
