About the County Constable:
The constable is one of two elected peace officers in the state of Arizona, the other being the county sheriff. The constable’s duties include attending courts of justices of the peace within their counties whenever needed, serve and execute warrants, processes, and notices as directed by the justice of the peace in their respective county. Constables are elected to a term of four years.
