The Commission may adopt rules to carry out the purposes of the Clean Elections Act and to govern procedures of the Commission. This process is done in public meetings and provides the public at least 60 days to comment on proposed rules. The public may petition the Commission to consider rules changes.

    2023 Rulemaking

    The Commission approved 2 rule proposals at the February 23rd meeting and also terminated rulemaking regarding amendments to R2-20-211 at the April 27th meeting.
