The Citizens Clean Elections Commission introduces the 2008 Candidate Statement Pamphlet Submission Kit! This kit will assist you through the process of submitting a statement and a photograph for inclusion in the pamphlets as well as allowing you to verify that your statement meets the Commission’s requirements. Your submission will generate a verification form that must be signed and faxed or mailed to Mike Becker, Voter Education Manager, 602-364-3487 or 1616 W Adams, Suite 110, Phoenix, AZ 85007. You will receive an email confirmation once the Commission has received your verification. The Commission must have your signed verification on file before your statement will be included in the pamphlet.

All primary election statements and photos must be submitted electronically to the Commission no later than midnight on June 12, 2008. You may submit a photograph without submitting a statement or vice versa. Late submissions will not be included in the pamphlets.
