- Chair Lemon called the meeting to order at approximately 3:10 pm.
Chair Lemon acknowledged that Commissioner Detrick was not present and that Commissioner Jolly recused herself regarding MUR No. 02/0036.
- Final Decision Draft on the Recommendation of the Administrative Law Judge in MUR No.:02-0036, Matt Salmon
The Commission reviewed the final decision draft on the recommendation of the Administrative Law Judge in MUR NO.: 02-0036, Matt Salmon.
The Commission approved the final draft with one modification to page 19, line 11, "Finding of Fact 89" to change the word rejected to modified.
Commissioner Busching moved to accept the final decision with the change to Finding of Fact 89. Commissioner McKay seconded. Motion carried.

Commissioner McKay moved to adjourn the Commission meeting. Commissioner Jolley seconded. Motion carried.
