- Chairperson Jones called the meeting to order at approximately 4:05 p.m.
- Discussion and Consideration of a Possible Substantive Policy Statement Regarding the Use of Funds Raised Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-20-104(G)
The Assistant Attorney General recommended that the Commission adopt a substantive policy statement regarding A.A.C. R2-20-104(G) - "Officeholder Expenses" for the purpose of clarifying the Commission's intent pursuant to the Rule.
Commissioner McKay moved to adopt substantive policy statement #14 as presented, seconded by Commissioner Jolley. Motion carried.
Commissioner McKay moved to adjourn the Commission meeting, seconded by Commissioner Jolley. Motion carried.
