Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the Commissioners of the Citizens Clean Elections Commission and the general public that the Citizens Clean Elections Commission will hold a regular meeting, open to the public on Tuesday, January 8, 2002. This meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m., at Citizens Clean Elections Commission, 4001 N. 3rd St., Suite 200, Phoenix, Arizona 85012. .

The Commission may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, for the purpose of discussing personnel matters (A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A)(2)), and consultation with Commission attorneys, regarding pending litigation (A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(4)), and/or obtaining legal advice for any item on the agenda (A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A)(3)).

All matters on the agenda may be discussed, considered and are subject to action by the Commission.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

4. Consideration and Approval of the following Voter Education Matters:

5. Determination of One-Party-Dominant Districts at the beginning of the Qualifying Period for Legislative Candidates, January 1, 2002.
    
   
6. Consideration and Approval of Fund Disbursement Procedure.
    
   
7. Discussion and Consideration of Final Auditor General Report and Commission Response. The Commission may vote to go into Executive Session to discuss or consider records exempt from public inspection (A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A) (2)).
    
   
8. Legal Report (Oral Report from Assistant Attorney General Todd Lang).

   Discussion of decision in Lavis v. Bayless and consideration of appeal. The Commission may vote to go into Executive Session to obtain legal advice (A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A) (3)).

9. Discussion and Reconsideration of A.A.C. R2-20-104 (C).
    
   
10. Call for Public Comment.

    This is the time for consideration and discussion of comments and complaints from the public. Those wishing to address the Commission shall request permission in advance by filling out a speaker slip. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
